Position responsibilities
As the Head of People and Capabilities you will join the Lead Team of Jayasom Wellness Resort at Amaala and will translate Jayasom’s strategy, wellness and sustainability culture into actionable programs, and activities while ensuring the right structure, operational policies and procedures are in place.

Ambassador of Jayasom’s culture, you will promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example and develop activities and programs that consistently embrace and reflect the company’s mission, purpose and core values.

You will be responsible for the resort’s internal communication programs and ensure they foster collaboration, sharing of ideas, value and respect others opinions and beliefs.

As part of the pre-opening team you will take charge of the PEC critical path during the resort's opening, faciliate effective communication with all stakeholers to ensure timely compeletion of all tasks, to guarantee the successful and seamless launch of the resort.

You will partner with the Lead Team to establish talent strategies to attract, hire, train and retain high performing teams across all departments.

Equally, you have strong knowledge of local Labor laws and practices and you will work closely with all People Leaders to provide them with support on all People matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance programs, learning and development programs, well-being programs, compensation and benefits, and separations of employment.
What we expect from you
You have a BA in Human Resources or Psychology and have proven experience in People Management in the Kindgom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

You are interpersonal savvy and have the ability to negotiate and influence others in a genuine and natural way.

You love working with People and strive to create memorable experiences for job applicants and team members.

You are business savvy, you are able to interpret and understand reports and find ways to control costs without compromising quality of service.

You care for the local community, you develop community relations programs that are culturally sensitive and appropriate.

Lastly, your personal values are aligned with Jayasom’s. You live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
