• Getting these documents in order will streamline your application process and will assist our investment team in assessing your opportunity.

  • The documents must be less than 3 months old :

     

    1.BIO or CV’s of business owner/s [optional]

    2. Financial statements for the current year

    3. Financial statements for previous year

    4. Financial statements for last year, if they have been prepared

    5. Monthly management accounts, (ideally) covering the period starting with the first month. after the date of your last set of financial statements

    6.12-month Financial Projections

    7. 6-month Bank Statements (up until the date of application)

    8. SARS Statement of Account (SOA) for PAYE / UIF / SDL. This document must be dated in the month your application is submitted.

    9. SARS Statement of Account (SOA) for VAT This document must be dated in the month your application is submitted.

    10. Copies of documents to support your sales history and forecast (where available)
