Appointments for a Marriage License are available AFTER you complete and submit the application.
- Marriage license applications are accepted by appointment only.
- The $ 50.00 application fee is due at the time of the appointment.
  - (cash, money order or credit card)
- The marriage license must be obtained in the town and or city where the ceremony takes place.
- Attach a copy of your photo ID and your fiancé’s photo ID.
- Must be 18 years old and older to obtain a marriage license.
- For legal name changes after marriage contact the SSA (Social Security Administration).
- Appointments are scheduled by email or telephone. Please do not drop off the application in person.
The next available appointment and our office scheduling hours will be provided once the completed application and photo ID from each person is received.

  If you do not have any of these IDs, you will need any two of the following documents:
  - Social Security Card *DO NOT UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR CARD.
  - Current utility bill showing name and address
  - Voter’s Registration Card
  - Car Registration showing your name and address
- FILE UPLOAD: Max file size of 5 MB and must be a pdf, jpeg, png, or gif.
