All vendors must follow these guidlines and rules for participation.
I understand that all booths, tents, chairs, animal crates and tables will be provided by the vendor who will be attending the Woofstock Festival*

I will abide by all requests, rules and laws for the Woofstock Festival and the Town of Medicine Park, including parking*

I agree to Release, Waive and Not to Sue, and Agree to Indemnity and Hold Harmless all personnel involved in the Woofstock Festival including organizers, support staff, volunteers and the event host.*

I understand that pictures, videos and news media will be at the event. Pictures and video may be used on social media and news programs. I agree that Woofstock and all affiliates have rights to all pictures and videos taken during the event.*

I understand that animals, including dogs will be on leash or in crates during the entire event*

Install of booths and vendor displays will occur between 7am and 8:30am on the day of the event*

Tear down of booth and vendor displays will occur once the event has been cleared of participants and is deemed safe by event staff. Tear down and removal of vendor space must be completed by 5pm.*

There is no charge for non-profit and animal rescue/shelter organizations. Non profit organizations may display a donation jar at the vendor booth
