I hereby consent to my participation for the NOLAvate Black Tech HBCU Tour social event on March 2nd, 2024, hosted by NOLAvate in partnership with Gaming Cxmmunity Co. (collectively, the “Hosts”). I understand that this event will be hosted in a live event space and that I may interact in-person with other guests, Cxmmunity staff and volunteers, and corporate partners.I also hereby provide my consent for the Hosts to take photographs, videos, sound clips, or other media copy of myself during the NOLAvate Black Tech HBCU Tour. I understand that any and all media may be used and/or made publicly available through the Cxmmunity website, Cxmmunity.co, other Host websites, and on related social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I release any and all rights to these materials to Gaming Cxmmunity for all purposes and grant Gaming Cxmmunity the right to edit, use, and reuse any such materials for non-profit or other purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media. I hereby release the Hosts and each of their respective agents, employees, and volunteers from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever that may arise in connection with the above. Gaming Cxmmunity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
