All Night (4:30PM- 10:00PM) This includes set up before the event, during the event and take down after the event.During the event & Clean Up Crew. (6:00PM- 10:00PM) This includes serving during the event and take down after the event.
Why do you want to be a volunteer at “ Praise, Prayer and Paint”?
Check in (This role is expected to check all attendees in by name, confirm ticket purchase confirmation number and give details on entering the building.)Greeter (This role is expected to stand at the front doors of the event, welcoming all attendees into the building and directing them to their seats.)Floor Staff (This role is expected to assure each table has their needs met, handing out tissues, assuring supplies are accessible at each table, handing mics out during the panel discussion and directing traffic.)Server (This role is expected to serve the guest during intermission. This role is expected to collect and gather tickets before handing out plates.)
What is expected of YOU as an volunteer at PPP2024!?
- As a volunteer for PPP2024, the expectations are as followed:

1.) You must be on time. Punctuality is important. All volunteers who are have agreed to setting up must be in place at 4:30PM, as we will begin preparing for an amazing night of worship. 💗

2.) All Volunteers are expected to assist in clean up/ take down after the event is over. All hands in on deck! 💗

3.) All volunteers must be dressed appropriately . Each volunteer will be provided a team shirt provided by the PPP2024 team. We ask that your attire is clean and presentable. 💗

4.) All volunteers must be able to be contacted and interact in communication regarding the event, set up, meetings etc. 💗
