This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by She Rises Studios (“Organization”) and {input4:4} (“Member”), and comes into effect as of the contract date listed below.
Member Benefits:
As of part of membership to 6-Figure Author, the Member will receive the following benefits:
- Pre-recorded training ONCE PER MONTH (minimum of 12 total) on the different elements, strategies and systems you need to help you create your 6-Figure Author revenue streams.
- Private Community with other ambitious authors for support, feedback + celebrate your wins (there will be lots! 🎉)
- Unlimited support from the She Rises Studios Team inside the Private Facebook Community
- Done- For- You resources and templates to help you set up your funnels FASTER and EASIER

Membership Dues
Cost of Membership to 6-Figure Authors is $111 per month. This does not include any add on services or additional memberships.
Optional Add-Ons
Members have the option at sign-up to include Unlimited Tech Support from our team of experts for $97 per month. This includes personalized assistance with technical challenges, customization guidance, and troubleshooting.

Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
- Share their login information with non-members
- Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
Liability
The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
Privacy
The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.
Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property shared within the "6 Figure Author" private community, including but not limited to ideas, strategies, content, and any derivative works, shall be the exclusive property of She Rises Studios ("SRS"). Members hereby acknowledge and agree that any contributions, discussions, or materials shared in the private community are considered confidential and proprietary to SRS.
Non-Disclosure and Non-Use:
Members expressly agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use, for any purpose, any intellectual property shared within the private community, whether for personal gain or commercial purposes, without the express written consent of SRS. This obligation of non-disclosure and non-use extends beyond the duration of the membership and continues indefinitely.
Confidentiality Obligations:
Members understand and agree to treat all information shared within the private community with the utmost confidentiality. This obligation includes refraining from discussing, disclosing, or replicating any intellectual property shared by fellow members, presenters, or SRS representatives outside the confines of the private community.
Membership Termination
The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. This is a 12 month contract, the Member can terminate their membership once the 12 months has passed, or by paying the equivalent of 2 months membership ($222) to cover costs associated with their termination.
By signing below, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
