Terms of Service, Disclaimers, and Release of Liability
I understand and agree that it is my voluntary choice to receive any services, treatments, or products from Amita Bliss / Shauna Moore, which are intended solely for the overall wellbeing of my body and mind. I explicitly acknowledge that the provider does not make medical diagnoses, prescribe pharmaceuticals, or treat any illness, disease, or mental disorder. No service or product provided is a substitute for a professional medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician. I state that I have disclosed all known medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. Furthermore, the right is reserved to refuse service to any client at any time if the safety, comfort, or well-being of either party is compromised. Finally, I agree that the provider, anyone acting on their behalf, and the physical place of business shall not be held liable for death or any injury—including, without limitation, personal, bodily, skin irritation, mental injury, or economic loss. This waiver and release of liability strictly applies to all services rendered and all handmade wellness products, soaps, or goods sold and that all sales are final.
