CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly.

 In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, the card given on file will be charged 50% of the total. If notice is given within 24 hours of your appointment, is considered a no show, and the card given on file will be charged 100% of the service.

 Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify your artist if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference).

Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

With my expanded schedule, I am excited to welcome a few additional guests into my chair while maintaining a healthy balance between salon life, church, and one-on-one time with my daughter. This season has allowed me to create a little more availability while continuing to provide a personalized experience for each guest.

I am currently accepting a limited number of new guests and am especially excited to welcome extension clients, dimensional blondes, and guests looking for beautiful, low-maintenance color. If you’re interested in becoming a guest, please complete this consultation form in its entirety so I can determine the best service option for your hair goals.
