You may submit a TFP (time for photo/trade for photo) request if you have an interesting or unique concept you would like to shoot with her; however, your request may be declined if you're unable to provide the location/wardrobe needed for the concept or for any other reason at Fay's discretion.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Fay Carretta, the Model, to model for myself and/or my Brand and/or my Company. I hereby grant and understand that Fay Carretta may use my photo(s) and/or video(s) on (but not limited too) social media/merchandise etc., and there will be no compensation for using the aforementioned photo(s) and/or video(s).*

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: Fay requires a minimum of three (3) edited photos per session for social media distribution regardless of payment. The photographer/videographer continues to hold the rights to the media produced based on this agreement; however, Fay is allowed to use said media for self-promotion and merchandise. By choosing "I Agree" I accept the above terms of service.*

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations/rescheduling may be made at the Model's discretion. There may not be the opportunity to extend a session to accommodate tardiness, but Fay will do her best to accommodate as long as there is reasonable notice (It is understood that accidents happen, but please try to give as much notice as possible). If I need to reschedule I will give the Model a minimum of 48 hours notice of the agreed upon date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. Fay will do her best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. Fay cannot guarantee an availability but will try her best to accommodate the photographer's/videographer's schedule.*

PHOTO SESSION RETAINER & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable retainer of $50 is paid to Fay Carretta. Accepted payment methods are Paypal and e-transfer. When I "submit" this form I will be redirected to Paypal to complete my retainer payment. I understand that my remaining session balance is due at the time of my session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid the session will be cancelled. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions as stated.*
