Thank you for your interest in our Fifth Spring Downtown Market on Saturday April 19th from 10:00am to 5:00pm!

Please fill out the information below to be considered for a space. You will receive an acceptance email or one letting you know that we are full/waitlist opportunity within two weeks. The acceptance email will have a venmo link for payment. Cost per space is $60. A "double" is $120.  A space is approximately 10x10. Payment can be made in person at Keen Creations and Co. or via Venmo. Once you've been accepted you will have one week to submit payment or risk the space going to another vendor. Participation in the past is not a guarantee of a space this year.

NO OTHER payment links will be provided via Facebook or email. PLEASE be aware of fraudulent payment requests!!

 

Set up: Vendor set up time is 8am. All vehicles must be off of the parking lot by 9:45a.m. In order to protect the safety of guests and customers we request that you do not drive on the parking lot during festival hours. Set up on Friday evening may be a possibility again this year with information to follow.

Break Down: PLEASE DO NOT break down early, even if you have sold out! Breaking down early gives the appearance that the market is winding down and people hesitate to come over. This does a disservice to your fellow vendors. If you break down/leave early you will not be invited back to future events. We appreciate your understanding.  If you sell out early, it’s a great time to meet new folks and hand out business cards! 

The booth spaces are a parking space, approximately 10’ x 10’. Vendor supplies all tents/weights (we are on an asphalt parking lot so tents must be weighted!), tables and display items. Electricity is not available. NO generators (except our food trucks) please! We are in too small of an area for the fumes. Vendor spaces are assigned by our event coordinators. 

Vendors will be responsible for all of their own trash. Please leave the area as you found it!

Wi-fi is not available, please plan to use a hot spot or cell. Coverage is typically good downtown.

We operate on the Golden Rule and ask that you treat others, whether vendors or guests with the same professional attitude, respect and kindness that you expect. We are a family event, no profanity, drugs or alcohol permitted. No smoking or vaping on premises please. 

Liability: Sharon Keen, Keen Creations and Co., building owners and other businesses on property, volunteers and coordinators assume no responsibility for loss or damage to property or person from any cause whatsoever. I agree to release Keen Creations and Co., and all mentioned above from any responsibility, personal liability loss, loss or damage to goods or person in connection with this event.
