Field Hirer Agreement

This Agreement is made between you (the hirer of the field) and North Clwyd Animal Rescue (NCAR) and specifically relates to your use of the field to exercise one or more banned breeds of dog. Please complete all details and provide scans or photos of the required documentation where indicated below.

The field refers to NCAR's secured hire-able exercise area at Little Pydew, Ffordd Ffynnon, LL19 8BE.

Here are our terms & conditions:

1. Your dog must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs (IED), and you must share a copy of the life certificate¹ with NCAR before booking a session.
2. You must provide a copy of your dog owner's public liability insurance¹ before booking a session.
3. You must maintain a 1:1 dog handler ratio for exempt dogs. If you have multiple dogs, the XL bully must have its handler, and another household member should supervise the additional dogs.
4. You must adhere to government rules regarding neutering by the specified deadlines: December 31, 2024, for dogs under 1 year and June 30 for dogs over 1.
5. Your dog must be microchipped.
6. You must keep your dog muzzled and on a lead in the car park and while walking to the play paddock. Once inside, lock the gate from inside and let your dog run free and enjoy, but remember to reapply the muzzle and lead before leaving the play paddock

8. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed must remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler
