How would you like us to help with your Buyer(s)? You will be communicated with after every call/showing and cc'd on all email and text communications with the clients. (Everything below is $30.00 and hr, with a 30 minute minimum)

Client Concierge without Showing Assistant: Be there to take their calls, get more info from NWMLS, Realist or Listing Agents on properties they like, and help schedule showings with you (Agent).
Client Concierge & Showing Assistant: Be there to take their calls, get more info from NWMLS, Realist or Listing Agents on properties they like, as well as schedule AND show homes to the buyers. We can also coordinate pre-inspection and attend.
Showing Assistant-Ongoing: We will show homes for buyers that You (Agent) will coordinate with client and listing agent using our availability via our Calendly link below. Can also include pre-Inspections.

Sign below to acknowledge my $30.00 hourly fee, and 30 minute minimum. All times worked will be logged on a daily basis and sent to you, Invoices on a weekly basis. Appointments and showings include drive time. You will be expected to pay or reimbursement us on any charges I might pay while helping you, knowing any charges outside my hourly fee will be communicated with you before purchasing.
