Please complete this order form for full teams enrolled in the Sturt Domestic Competition looking to customise and purchase a team uniform.

Refer to the size chart below for guidance on uniform sizing. Additionally, there is a select range of sizes in the Sturt office to try on (2XS-4XL).

PLEASE NOTE: Uniforms can take over 8 weeks to arrive, depending on date of order.

Please use the scrollbar to select the player's short size.

The uniforms come as a set, meaning each order includes both a jersey and shorts.

Each team must order a minimum of 6 uniforms and a maximum of 20 uniforms.

No two players can have the same number.

Teams are able to order spare uniforms if desired. Please ensure number allocation and size is provided. Name on back is optional and could be as simple as Spare1.

Uniforms will be delivered to the Sturt Sabres Office, Springbank Stadium, 267 Daws Road Pasadena. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO NOTIFY YOU FOR PICK UP.

Uniforms are ordered in batches (minimum order numbers) so your order may take a while to arrive. Orders are approx. 5 – 7 weeks.
