Payment Plan Guidelines:
1. You must select a Phase that you will pay towards.
2. In order to obtain the special pricing listed in that Phase, you must pay your balance in full by the Phase Deadline.
3. Failure to meet the Phase Deadline will cause you to lose your special pricing, and bump you up to pricing for the Next Phase.
EXAMPLE:
- Jane Doe requests a payment plan for one ticket at the Phase 1: Super Early Bird Special rate of $185.
- Jane Doe has to pay the balance of $185 in full by April 19 at 11:59 PM.
- If Jane Doe does not pay her balance by the deadline of Phase 1, she is now accountable for her ticket at the Phase 2 rate of $200.
Ultimately, we are asking that you honor your payment plan and deadline, avoiding confusion!
