Vendor Information
Vendor and Food Truck Rental Terms and Conditions:
Welcome to the Foodees Food and Culture Festival in Greensboro NC! We are excited to have you as a vendor at our event. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
Food Truck and Restaurant Rentals:
Each food truck and restaurant will be provided with ample space for their trucks, equipment, and patrons.
Food trucks and restaurants must have their own power and water supply.
Food preparation must adhere to strict cleanliness standards.
Food trucks and restaurants are not permitted to sell alcohol.
Volume levels of any music played should be considerate of nearby patrons.
All prepared food items must meet state and local health regulations, including potential inspections by local health inspectors and compliance with labeling requirements.
A security deposit of $100.00 cash will be taken at load-in. This security deposit will be held until load-out. The vendor will relinquish the $100.00 security deposit if the space is not cleaned and maintained at the end of the event. The vendor will also relinquish the $100.00 security deposit if they leave the event before the specified closing time.
Food Trucks/Restaurants will be required to bring a trash can that will be maintained throughout the event by vendor staff.
Each food truck/restaurant will be required to bring at least one six-foot table and six chairs for patrons to sit and eat. It is advised that these be placed under a canopy or tent to provide shade for patrons. Vendors will not be charged for the extra space of tables, chairs, and canopies that they sit under.
Vendor Rentals:
Vendors may include sauce manufacturers, jelly crafters, artisans, and more.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tents.
Additional rental options for tables, chairs, or tents are available at an extra cost.
If vendors are selling prepared foods, they must meet the same quality and regulatory standards as food trucks and restaurants.
Vendor spaces start at 10X10 in size.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city laws, ordinances, and regulations, including health laws and regulations specific to special events.
The event will proceed rain or shine, and fees will only be refunded if the organizer cancels the event.
Food preparers are responsible for understanding and maintaining all necessary state and local documentation.
Independent Contractor Status:
Food trucks, food vendors, and vendors are considered independent contractors under this agreement.
They will have complete control and supervision over the services they provide.
Vendors are responsible for the appropriate payment of payroll taxes and charges under applicable federal and local laws.
Vendors agree to assume complete responsibility for paying the appropriate federal and state taxes as independent contractors.
Rental Rates:
Food Trucks, Trailers, and Restaurants:
10X20: $300.00
10X30: $350.00
10X40: $400.00
Food and Beverage Tented Vendors:
10X10: $200.00
Additional 10X10 Spots: $100.00 each
Tented Craft Vendors:
10X10: $150.00
Additional 10X10 Spots: $100.00 each
Event Schedule and Cleanup:
The event will take place on June 7-9, 2024, At the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, NC.
All vendors must be set up no later than one hour before the event start time. (More guidance and any changes will be posted in the Facebook group.)

The event will commence at 1:00 PM on Friday and 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday, concluding at approximately 7:00 PM each day.
Vendors must ensure that their areas are cleaned and vacated by 9:00 PM on Sunday, June 9, 2024.
Failure to comply with cleanup guidelines will result in additional fees of $100.00 per hour.
Each vendor is responsible for their own trash and recycling.
A $200 fine will be imposed for vendors who discard food waste in Foodees' trash containers.
Payments and Bookings:
Payments are due immediately to confirm your spot as a vendor.
No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email invoice to complete the booking process.
Please note that spaces are limited and invoices must be paid within 48 hours to secure your booking. Unpaid invoices will result in cancellation.
We appreciate your interest in participating as a vendor at the Foodees Food and Culture Festival. Once your application is received, we will review your products and services. If accepted, you will receive an invoice to complete your booking. Spaces fill up quickly, so prompt payment is essential to secure your spot.
You agree not to sell or share your booth space with any 3rd Parties.
Foodees, LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. Vendors who choose to leave their property or products unattended do so at their own risk.
Upon signing your application, you’re agreeing to the terms of this agreement with Foodees, LLC. We do not refund fees for failure to observe rules and regulations set forth by any City, County, or State government, Health Department guidelines, Fire Safety Codes, Dept of Revenue, etc.
Please note that checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
