33 Bedford Row Public Law Breakfast Series: Urgent Judicial Review - Out of Hours Applications, Interim Relief and Evidential Issues
Olivia Beach and Aqsa Hussain will discuss if and when to make an Out of Hours judicial review application and the alternatives to going Out of Hours. They will look at how to use interim relief and the different ways interim relief can be approached depending on the circumstances, as well as a focus on how to make the most effective interim relief application and the sorts of evidential issues that often arise.

It will be a 45 minute presentation, followed by networking. Tea, coffee & pastries provided.
