Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2025 Airdrie Pro Rodeo Marketplace! We are located at the Airdrie Pro Rodeo Grounds - about 10km West of Airdrie.
- Note - We do not accept MLM vendors in our markets
- Applicants will be hand selected by order as there is limited vendors for each category
Vendor Space
This year we are excited to announce we will have large enclosed tents for our Marketplace vendors!
- Inside tent spaces available:
- 8 x 10' space - 4 days $240 +GST
- 6 x 10' space - 4 days $180 +GST
- Outside Trailer spaces available:
- 10 x 20' space - 4 days $260 +GST
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs
- Vendors are responsible for having their own insurance and take on liabilty for their own products

Payment
- Vendors who have recieved an acceptance email will recieve an invoice that must be paid within 72hrs after being accepted by e-transfer.

Sunday June 29 - 11am - 9pm (times may change)
Monday June 30 - 11am - 9pm (times may change)

Move In
- Gates will be open 2 - 2 1/2 hrs prior to marketplace start time for set up
- Large trailers may be required to move-in early and can stay parked in position for entire time.
Move Out
- For the safety of your products - we recommend removing your product each evening. Tables, chairs and display grids may stay if you wish.
- Security is present on the grounds, but not dedicated to the marketplace area
Cancellation
- Vendors who need to cancel 3 weeks or earlier to June 27 will recieve 100% refund
- No refunds issued if cancellation is within 3 weeks to June 27
