Open Period Information
- Only Seniors (12th grade) are eligible for an open period.
- Students are eligible for an open period if they meet the conditions in one or more of the areas identified by the district. Counselors will verify each student's eligibility for open periods and determine how many and which days a student will have open period(s).
Acknowledgements: Both students and parents should read and initial to show agreement.

I understand that I am only requesting an open period or periods at this time and that I may not meet the qualifications to have an open during my senior year. I understand that if I do not qualify for an open, I will be placed into an elective course.
