We are calling on nurse mentors and mentees who have experienced positive transformations through mentorship to share their inspiring stories. Your journey could inspire and guide fellow nurses, fostering a community of support and growth within the nursing profession.

Your mentorship journey is a testament to the incredible impact mentorship can have on both mentors and mentees. By sharing your experiences, you contribute to the collective knowledge and inspire others to embark on their mentorship journeys. Your story could be the guiding light for someone navigating the challenging yet rewarding path of professional development.
How to Participate:
Express Your Interest: Complete this short form by March 1, 2024 to tell us more about your mentorship experience and be considered to share with our conference participants!
Notification of Acceptance: Selected mentors/mentees will be notified by March 22, 2024.
Record Your Story: If accepted, record a brief video sharing your mentorship journey. Highlight key moments, milestones, and the positive impact mentorship has had on your professional growth. Guidelines will be provided to help you create this. Recordings will be due by April 8, 2024. Late submissions may not be considered for inclusion in the conference.
Participate in a live panel discussion: Mentors and mentees may be asked to participate in a live panel discussion with other mentors and mentees April 24-25, 2024.
Mentors and mentee presenters are responsible for all costs associated with registering for this virtual conference. All presenters must register by April 1, 2024. The conference agenda and registration is available at www.virginianurses.com.
