You give Pi Worldwide® LLC the exclusive right to use your business name and logo for discount purposes on the "Digi Discounts™" platform and/or on Digi Discounts™/Pi Worldwide® social media accounts. You certify that you have the authority to offer discounts and grant Pi Worldwide® LLC the name and logo rights on behalf of the business you represent in this document. You agree that the discounts must be live within 24 hours of signing this agreement. If the discounts are not active within this timeframe, your business will not be added to the program. Terms & Conditions: Free Participation – Joining Digi Discounts™ is completely free, and Pi Worldwide® LLC takes no commissions from businesses for participation in the program. Discount Fulfillment – The business agrees to honor all discounts as advertised on Digi Discounts™. Failure to provide the agreed-upon discounts may result in removal from the platform. Use of Business Name & Logo – The business grants Pi Worldwide® LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its name, logo, and related branding materials for promotional purposes across any marketing or promotional materials, including but not limited to social media posts, flyers, website listings, email campaigns, and advertisements. This license is revocable by either party with written notice. Modification & Termination – Pi Worldwide® LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice. No Obligation or Liability – Pi Worldwide® LLC is not responsible for any disputes between the business and its customers regarding the discounts. The business is solely responsible for fulfilling and managing its offers. Indemnification – The business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pi Worldwide® LLC, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Digi Discounts™ program. Governing Law – This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pi Worldwide® LLC is registered. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. *YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN AGAIN AFTER CLICKING SUBMIT
