Bigby-Davis Phoenix Rising Consulting, LLC Scholarship Application

The recipient of this scholarship will be awarded a one-time amount of $1,000 to be used to help finance the recipient’s college education.

This scholarship will be given to a student who:
- is a senior at Pendleton High School,
- plans to major in education, business (any curriculum in the business school) or a healthcare related field including but not limited to Nursing
- is an African American or of African Ancestry
- has been accepted to and plans to attend a four year university or college,
- has a minimum GPA of 2.75, and
- has positive discipline and attendance records.
- Deadline for submission is March 31.
  
  You will also be asked to upload the following documents as part of this application:
  - Essay Response to Questions (limited to no more than 2 pages)
  - Letter of recommendation (minimum of 1 required, no more than 2)
  - Official transcript
You are able to begin the application, save it, and return to it as needed.

The recipient will be named at the Pendleton High Awards Ceremony. The recipient’s attendance at this special event will be requested.
