Merrilees Hardware & Supply Donation Request Form
Each year Merrilees Hardware & Supply is approached by numerous community organizations, schools, and events all looking for support in the form of cash donations or materials. In order to best manage our ability to answer these requests fairly and consistently we are asking that all requests be submitted by completing this form.
