Please upload three pages with the following information:

1. Resume that includes involvement or responsibilities with a fully affiliated dairy participating in the Kansas Dairy Commission check-off.
2. In addition, resume needs to focus on leadership, participation and contribution in school and community. 
3. Please specify high school and college/university attended or plan to attend.
4. One page essay sharing future plans after graduation.
5. Two reference letters of support.
