Includes weekly group discussions: $79.95/site per meeting
These discussions will focus on a range of clinical topics and resident participation issues, such as social disengagement or behavior concerns. Discussions will also include matters raised by family members or caregivers. Clinical training topics cover depression and anxiety, stress management, PTSD, bereavement, and separation and loss. Group size will be capped at 10 participants.
Module purchases are not required for the consulting package.
To accommodate different schedules and time zones, three different hours will be reserved each week.
I understand this is a month-to-month agreement, and participants may opt to discontinue at any time. I agree to sign the attached Consulting Agreement and submit below.
Payment of $79.95 is due at least 24 hours before the start of meeting you are scheduled to attend. Payment is submitted when you book a meeting time through Calendly.
