Please use the following form to submit a tattoo design. We highly recommend reading through this information prior to sending a request in. We won't reply to any requests that do not fall in line with our policies. Please be as specific as possible in your request. N8KED Beauty DOES NOT tattoo the following: Significant other names or initials, anyone under the age of 18 even with parental consent, script on ribs, women that are pregnant or breastfeeding, any individuals receiving chemotherapy or radiation treatment.*

Please don't hesitate on giving as much info as you want, is better for me to understand your concept
For a script tattoo, please tell us the font you would like. Script Tattoo Requests that don't provide the name of a font will not be replied too. If you don't know the name of a font from a photo, neither do I! (Handwriting of a loved one is excluded from this rule).
If you are unsure of fonts, look on Dafont.com for thousands of ideas.
