  • Internet Install - $50
    Reconnect Services - $30

  • A router is provided at no charge. METC can install it for a $50 fee or we can deliver the router and give you assistance setting up your router over the phone at no charge. Router security and maintenance are included. If you are having new internet service installed, the router installation is already included.

  • Television

  • METC now offers StreamNow, an online tool to help you get started streaming and feel more confident. StreamNow takes you step by step through reviewing your streaming service options, choosing and connecting the right device, signing up for streaming services, and more. Click here to learn more.

  • Fiber TV Install (up to 3 TVs) - $50

  • Covers repair costs of wiring inside your home. Does not cover customer-installed wiring. Other restrictions may apply.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) & Email of Record

  • CPNI allows us to discuss account information only with the person(s) listed on the account. We will confirm the identity of inbound callers by asking them to provide the last 4 digits of their social security number.

  • We cannot share certain call detail information, on an inbound call, regardless of authentication. That information will be mailed, given by a returned call or hand delivered. Email of Record: In addition, customer is providing express, written approval to communicate via the designated email address in connection with service and account inquiries made by the account owner or designated account users. This approval includes responses to inquiries related to the customer’s services generally and specifically to inquiries concerning call detail information and account information including CPNI.

  • Authorized contacts can discuss account information and make changes to your account. Authorized contacts will not be responsible for payment of your account. If you DO want to add authorized contacts, please list them below:

  • Billing & Payments

  • Bills are sent on the 1st and due on 20th of the month.

  • Automatic withdrawal will continue monthly until services are requested to be cancelled.
