Booking Terms:
Reservation and Downpayment:
A non-refundable downpayment of $50 is required upon booking to secure the reservation for your event. This is deductible from the total package price.
Downpayments can be done via a bank transfer using the payment details below.
Balance Payment:
The balance will be collected after the event and we accept payments in CASH or via bank transfer using details on the payment details below.
Payment Details:
The final payment will be collected after the event date.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the downpayment will not be returned, and the Service Provider shall retain the $50 as compensation for the loss of business opportunity.
Responsibilities of Service Provider:
Insta Prints Photo Booth agrees to provide the agreed-upon services as described in the booking confirmation.
The Service Provider will arrive at the event location at the agreed-upon time and will ensure the proper setup and operation of the photo booth.
Responsibilities of Client:
The Client agrees to provide accurate event details, including date, time, and location.
The Client will ensure that there is adequate space and power supply for the photo booth setup.
Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the Service Provider in a timely manner.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform their obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to, acts of God, government regulations, natural disasters, and other unavoidable circumstances.
Delivery and Setup outside Sydney Metro:
Additional fees will be applied if the event is to be held in Macarthur Region and regions outside Sydney Metro. This fee will be discussed prior to this booking agreement and will be reflected in a separate invoice.
