Flippy's Venue Booking (Private Events when the bar is normally closed)
Interested in booking out the entire of Flippy’s? It is possible to book the entire of Flippy’s on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays (when we are not open to the public). Venue bookings require a minimum spend of $1500 and a booking fee of $250.
About the venue
Flippy's is a bar for and by the queer community in Naarm / so-called melbourne. We are on Sydney Rd in Brunswick and accessible by tram and train. Our bar is pretty big and has a generous courtyard. The star of the show is our pergola :,) the pergola is heater with electric heaters and has pull down PVC blinds, so you can book with confidence that you'll be A-OK no matter the weather. We also have a pool table in the pool room!

If you would like to borrow this equipment you will be liable for it during your time at the Flippy's and billed for any repairs. Basically please be careful with keeping drinks away from the equipment and do not blow the speakers (turn the volume up too loud). Staff will walk you through the basic settings on the night. DJ equipment should only be used by experience DJs. Do you agree to these terms if borrowing the equipment?
