Flyer & Graphics Requests

In-House Standard turnaround times

(Flyer creation + review needed):

1. Flyer Production = 2 weeks total; 30 days out from event date (1 week initial production + 1 week for revisions as needed)
   1. Flyer adjustments = 3 days minimum turnaround time (minor adjustments needed to add talent images, prizes, etc).
2. Review/Approval = Included in above; no additional time needed
3. Flyer Publication + promotion = 2 weeks total; 15 days out from event date

NOTE: Flyer requests need to be done 30 days out minimum - in line with Event Proposal standards.

• This includes 2 weeks for production + 2 weeks for advertising/promotion. 
• If flyers are needed sooner, then requests need to be done more than 30 days out.

 

Out-sourcing Standard turnaround times

(Only Flyer review needed):

1. Flyer production = TBD by outsourced vendor
2. Review/approval = 1 week (3 days for initial response + feedback + up to 4 more days for edits)
3. Flyer Publication + promotion = 2 weeks total; 15 days out from event date

NOTE: Flyer review requests need to be done 3 weeks out from the event date
