How many people are you expecting? Please try to be accurate as this helps with staffing, and if we staff properly the better contribution we can make. Please note we require minimum attendance of 50 people to be able to open the bar.

Will you raise funds by selling tickets? Please note this is just one option! In the past people have given free entry and then raised money through BBQs, raffles and on-the-door donations.

Would you like to borrow our BBQ? And thereby agree to cleaning it and disposing of rubbish. We will provide the BBQ and a trestle table - gas bottles, food, cooking utensils, eating utensils and cleaning utensils must be brought by you on the day.

While Flippy's always hopes to contribute to the fundraiser, this can only be done if we're able to cover the cost of opening the bar. We would like to make sure this is understood before the event goes ahead. Do you understand that a donation from Flippy's is dependent on bar sales, and an amount (if any) will be decided after the event and at the discretion of Flippy's?
