*This Event is for Art and Handmade Artisans Only* If your items are not handmade or repurposed you will be disqualified. Please complete the form below for space at the event. We strive to not have duplicate vendors so registration is on a first come basis. This is a rain or shine event. Space Fee is $45 for a 10x10 Space, Booth fee will not be refunded due to weather. No refunds on cancellations. This is a Non-Smoking Event and Smoking in your space is not permitted.
Additional Information:You may arrive to set up your booth May 11th at 10:00 a.m. You must have booth ready to go by 12:00 p.m. Tear Down 4:00pm-6pm "once the crowd dissipates" usually 4:30pm. Please provide your own tables, table covers, decorations, signs and equipment. This is an outdoor event so you may want to have a canopy. Please be sure to bring proper weights or tie downs in case of wind. No electricity is provided Generators are allowed if they are really quiet and don't omit alot of exhaust fumes. We ask that you notify us of a generator in the product description so we can place you on an end.
