19th Annual R/B Youth Foundation Charity Golf Outing

Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Indian Boundary Golf Course, 8600 W. Forest Preserve Ave., Chicago, IL 60634, 9:00am SHOTGUN start. All golfers should arrive no later than 8:15am to register and get to your starting hole. Please fill out the form below and click the REGISTER button before July 1, 2024.
SPONSORSHIPS Elite Sponsor - $2,000 includes 2 (two) Foursome Golf Teams, Lunch for 8, Two Hole Sponsors with Corporate Logo on Signage.

Executive Sponsor - $1,000 includes 1 (one) Foursome Golf Team, Lunch for 4, One Hole Sponsor Corporate Logo on Signage.

Corporate Sponsor - $500 includes your company name only on sign at the 1st hole.

Hole Sponsor - $250 includes your company logo on a sign at tee box.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION Golfer Registration: $440 (Team of 4); Indiviual Player $110 before July 1st; $130 after July 1st and includes a great day of golf and tournament gift.

R/B Youth Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. All donations, excluding the cost of golf, are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Receipts will be provided. Thank you for supporting this event. With your help, we will continue to expand our reach in the community by providing Thanksgiving meals to families in need and Christmas gifts to underprivileged children.
