2024 Special Event Form

Please complete the form below by 5pm CT August 1st for your event listing in our marketing materials. This listing includes our mobile app (launching in early August), our printed program guide and website.
*This info will not be entered into our mobile app or printed program guide until we have received your confirmation you agree to follow all event guidelines and media/content capture agreement.

If so, please provide your artist information using the form found here. This will include artist name, as well as options to include a photo and social links. Please note, if the artist is an official showcasing artist their information has already been submitted, only the artist name is needed.

If you would like to upload an image for the mobile app, you may do so by following the image guidelines found on our online events page, here, and a template can be found here. We highly suggest adding an event graphic but this is not required and can be submitted at a later date by using this form again. This image is used as a thumbnail as well as a header image in the mobile app, see example below OR see examples by downloading our 2023 mobile app and scanning the events. Upload your image directly below this text. Please submit event graphic by July 10th to guarantee inclusion in our mobile app launch in early August.

Who May Attend Your Event?

Please note that we require our Silver Passholders admittance to your event. If you wish for anyone to be able to attend your event, please check free public entry. No cover charges or door ticket sales are permitted for your event.

FILMING AND CONTENT CAPTURE:

All relationships between the sponsor host and media outlets MUST be approved by the AMERICANAFEST staff PRIOR to your event, by August 15th. The media outlet must have media clearance for AMERICANAFEST through our office. This includes but is not limited to radio, podcast, streaming, film, and TV. If any person or entity plans to broadcast, record/film, or live stream your event, they MUST have AMERICANAFEST approval.
