    The client will receive 1x link to online wedding gallery. Videos will be in .mp4 format and will be able to be viewed and downloaded via gallery.


    “The All-Inclusive” USB in presentation box will be delivered to home address and will contain videos in same format as stated above.

  • Terms & Conditions

     

    A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is payable to secure the date of your wedding.

    The remaining balance of the package chosen must be cleared 4 weeks before your wedding date. If the wedding is cancelled between the period of the final balance being paid and the wedding date then no refund will be given.

     

    Any event outside of Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire will incur a £0.45p per mile transport fee to cover fuel costs. If the event is more than a 2 hour drive away from Watt Videography's postcode (AB41) then accomodation must be provided the night before the event at a hotel deemed reasonably nearby the address of the event.

     

    In the event that more than one client wishes to book our services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to make a deposit
    payment.


    In addition to cost of the wedding film, a bar supper or supplier meal is required at the reception venue – preferably served at the same time the wedding guests are having their meal.


    Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with an existing booking.


    Watt Videography will be the exclusive wedding videographer for the event.


    The client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Watt Videography to video each event, public or private. It is also the client’s responsibility to secure access to all areas of venues for videography.


    The client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions.


    Watt Videography will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.


    It is the client’s responsibility to inform Watt Videography of all timings and locations for the wedding day. If timings are changed it is the client’s responsibility to inform Watt Videography of updated timings. Watt Videography will not be responsible for coverage lost due to timing changes.


    All creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Watt Videography, the client acknowledges that they are
    familiar with the company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria as they are familiar with the artistic style of Watt Videography.


    The client has critically viewed portfolio samples of Watt Videography and hereby grants full editorial and production control to Watt Videography for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Watt Videography as the exclusive producer of the events videography.


    Watt Videography will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc.


    Watt Videography reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health, in this event all monies will be refunded in full.


    Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Watt Videography of any technical or other problems with their
    product within 7 days of receipt. After the 7 day period, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product.

     

    Changes requested to the final video after delivery to the client are charged at a rate of £45 Per Hour with a minimum of 2 hours charged.


    The client agrees that all or part of the finished product may be used by Watt Videography for promotional purposes, including the Watt Videography website, Facebook and Instagram pages.
