Ohio ProStart Teacher of Excellence

The Ohio ProStart Teacher of Excellence Award is awarded to an outstanding Ohio ProStart educator who has made a significant contribution to their students, school and their community.  The winner will be recognized at the Celebration of the Stars Luncheon being held on May 7, 2024.  The winner is Ohio ProStart’s candidate for consideration at the National Educator of Excellence Awards held at an NRAEF event this summer.

 A candidate may be self-nominated, nominated by a current or former student, industry employer, member of their administration, co-worker, advisory board member or fellow educator. Candidates must be actively engaged with Ohio ProStart and have students participate in the many aspects of the Ohio ProStart program, including curriculum, competitions, employment, testing, scholarships and obtaining the industry credential Certificate of Achievement (COA).  Previous winners are eligible to apply.
