Hosted Number Request – HopeSync & BrightCourse

A Hosted Number allows your center to use your existing mainphone or landline for text messaging through HopeSync or BrightCourse, so clients can call or text the same number while all texts are delivered into your account. Hosted Numbers are available only to centers with 5 Streams or the advances plan (or higher) and the number must not already have SMS enabled with another provider.
