Group equitation classes and ground pole and cross rail two phases AND Young horses in hand
Class order ring 2 starting at 8:30 AM
**** rearranging the order of classes 5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4 - will be able to give approximate time for class 1 before shoe
Class #1: Sport Horse in Hand: yearlings and under: judging movement, conformation and over all impression $35.
Class #2: Sport Horse in Hand: 2 and 3 year olds: judging movement, conformation and overall impression $35.
Class #3: Sport Horse in Hand: 4 and over: judging movement, conformation and overall impression
Class #4: In hand trail class for 6 and under: obstacles to include walk over poles, move a coat , walk around a tarp, turn in a box, weave in and out of cones, pick up a hoof and halt for 10 seconds $35.
Class #5: Leadline Equitation only $20.
Class #6: Walk Trot Equitation only $20,
Class #7: Leadline 2-Phase (group flat and ground pole jump) $45.
Class #8: Walk Trot 2-Phase (group flat and groundpole jump) $45.
Class #9: Walk Trot 2-Phase (group flat and cross rail jump) $45.
Dressage Show: All USDF Dressage Tests, USEF Event Tests, Western Dressage Tests, IEA Equitation Dressage Tests
ALL 2-Phase classes are run in accordance with USEA rules. When mounted all riders must wear proper foot attire and helmets.
**The Pre-Elementary and Groundpole Division is considered the Thelwell division—Riders will be allowed to wear any bit to help keep their horse in the ring and off of the grass and stoppable. Standing martingales, grazing reins and running martingales will be allowed at this level only. No side reins. No martingales adjusted too tight for safety. Mild coaching will be allowed at these schooling events during the jumping phase as it's an opportunity to help riders be safe and ride more effectively.
Awards: Classes will be placed 1st- 6th and Teams will be placed 1st-6th based on numerical scores of top 3 scores on the team.
May 4th Show opens March 4th - July 12th Show opens May 5th. Closing Dates are 1 week before the events.
Entry Fees: . 2-Phase $90., Dressage Test $40. Per test. $20. late fee for entries received after closing date.
All registration forms, payment and copy of current (within 12 months) coggins test must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event to avoid the $20. late fee.
Refund-Scratch Policy
Refunds will not be issued for scratches made within 48 hours of the event for any reason. No exceptions.
