I have the listing agreement and all required Broker listing docs signed. This includes all docs required by your Broker for every listing. Your TC will only be responsible for obtaining any missing property specific docs (flood hazard, LBPA, community propane, etc.).I have the listing agreement signed but need my TC to obtain any remaining required listing docs ex.
