CANCELLATIONS

At Phoenix, we understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a participant may need to cancel their participation in our programs. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

General Cancellation Guidelines:

a. Members can cancel their Kids Club registration one week before the program starts. Once programs are in session 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. Once 3/4 of the program has taken place no refund will be reimbursed.

b. Cancellations must be made in writing via email by the parent or legal guardian of the child and submitted in person or via email to our Kids Club management team.

Trial Session:

We offer all interested children the opportunity to try our Kids Club for one session, free of charge. This trial session allows children to experience our club's activities and facilities before committing to a membership. If a child decides not to continue after the trial session, there will be no cancellation fee or obligations.
