Compensation:

Starting rate: Commision based ($15.00/Hr. for hourly routes)

Job Description:

• Provide safe and efficient transportation services to passengers in the Marquette, MI area.

• Tasks include driving passengers to various local destinations, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable journey.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside/ outside the vehicle, including washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.

• Manage fare collection and provide accurate change to passengers.

• Completing end of shift paperwork accuratly.

• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding passenger transport.

• Build positive relationships with passengers through professional and courteous service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years of age.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Good driving record with knowledge of local area roads and destinations.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to navigate efficiently and manage time effectively.

• Physical ability to assist passengers and handle luggage as needed.

• Comfortable with using technology, such as GPS and Smartphone.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work flexibly according to transportation demand.

• Must have reliable transportation to the starting point of shifts.
