Notification:
If your application is accepted, you will receive official confirmation prior to the start of the festival. Please note that booth spaces are limited, so if your application is not accepted or if spaces are full, you will be notified accordingly. Until you receive confirmation, your booth space is not guaranteed. In the event that your application is denied, your payment will be returned or refunded.
Cancellation:
If a vendor needs to cancel their participation in the Petoskey Stone Festival, a refund will only be issued if the cancellation is received in writing by the Petoskey Stone Festival Committee on or before April 19th. In this case, the full amount paid by the vendor will be refunded. Cancellations received after April 19th, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
No Smoking Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, we maintain a strict No Smoking policy around vendor booths, food areas, and activity zones. If you must smoke, please step away from these areas and any nearby crowds to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
