Vendor Application

Please make sure to add pictures that best describe your items that you sell!!

• Booth space is limited to a 10x10 space and will cost $40.00 if received before April 1st and $45.00 after; Non-profit businesses with an educational booth will be no charge. 
• You may add electricity for an additional $5, but be advised, electricity booths are limited!!
• Each vendor is required to bring a donor prize of at least $15 value.
• A 10x10 space(s) are free to sponsors of $200 or more.
• Vendors must provide all materials for the booth space, including tables, chairs, equipment, tents and signage. Also they must keep their booth staffed while open.
• Please remember that all property must be kept completely within the boundaries of your assigned space.  Handouts and brochures must be contained within a booth space (you may not walk around to distribute) and they must be approved by the Petoskey Stone Festival Committee prior to the festival.
• You may not share or sublet your space with another business, firm or person without advance written permission.
• Antrim County Barnes Park or The Petoskey Stone Festival will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or broken items.
• Food vendors must obtain appropriate permits prior to the festival as well as provide a copy of your general liability policy!
• Once payment has been made, cancellation of space will result in the forfeit of all payments if the request was made after deadline (see below for the Cancellation Policy).  No-shows will forfeit all payments.  Refunds will not be made due to rain or if the vendor feels the event did not meet their expectations.

Please keep in mind that the Petoskey Stone Festival is a family-oriented festival so we ask that all people conduct themselves accordingly.

• If payment is not received with the application, your application will not be processed until payment has been received.

Vendor’s can start setting up tables and canopy’s on Friday after 4:00 pm. The park is not responsible if damage occurs. On Saturday you can set up anytime in the morning and must be set up by 9:30am!

 

Notification:
If your application is accepted, you will receive official confirmation prior to the start of the festival. Please note that booth spaces are limited, so if your application is not accepted or if spaces are full, you will be notified accordingly. Until you receive confirmation, your booth space is not guaranteed. In the event that your application is denied, your payment will be returned or refunded.

Cancellation:
If a vendor needs to cancel their participation in the Petoskey Stone Festival, a refund will only be issued if the cancellation is received in writing by the Petoskey Stone Festival Committee on or before April 19th. In this case, the full amount paid by the vendor will be refunded. Cancellations received after April 19th, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

No Smoking Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, we maintain a strict No Smoking policy around vendor booths, food areas, and activity zones. If you must smoke, please step away from these areas and any nearby crowds to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
