  • We Rock Camp Terms
    Please read this essential information before proceeding with your registration.

    1. Registration Fee: All Camp registration applications have a $50 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable but will only be asked for on your first registration. Returning Campers have a return camper code.

    2. Payment Terms: We require a credit card on file to process camp payments automatically. Debit cards are not permitted.
      If you want to pay by check, you must pay for the total amount of the selected camp and drop or mail the check off at least 7 days before your child's first day of camp.

    3. Card Fees: A Service fee of 2.2% will be added to all card transactions to cover a portion of the costs associated with using a card. To avoid this fee, you are welcome to pay by check. 

    4. AutoPay: Camp card payments are processed as follows: 
      1. All payments are charged each Friday before the next camp week begins, regardless of the days your child attends.
      2. If your payment fails, we must receive payment by Sunday of the week before. If you make a payment at any Drop off or pick up, a $15 late fee will be charged with the payment. It is your responsibility to keep your card details accurate and sufficient funds to cover the cost.

    5. Age Out: For 2025 camp age out is 10 years and 1 day old. If your child is 10 years old or older, please do not fill out this form and email us to discuss an exception. info@werockthespectrumcary.com Your registration fee will not be refunded if you do not follow these steps.

    6. Refunds/Credits: No refunds or credits are provided for missed days during camp other than if We Rock has to close the gym due to unforeseen circumstances.
      We are still required to pay our specialized staff even if your child does not attend and the spot remains held by your child. 

    7. Missed or Sick Days: Make-up days are allowed only in the same week and only if approved by the camp director based on camper levels and staffing availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you bring your child on a day they are not scheduled, without approval they will be turned away. No Refunds or Credits are provided for sick or missed day.

    8. Pricing: Only Full Weeks selected are eligible for the Full Week price. Multiple combined single days over multiple weeks do not qualify, and the daily rate will always apply.
      This is due to the difficulty it causes us to cover the gaps left by children not attending a full week. We provide this as a courtesy to parents needing flexibility, and it is not offered by other camps in the area. 

      Late Registration Pricing if Registered After May 1st:
      Full Week: $420
      Daily Rate: $90 per day

    9. Minimums: A Minimum of 5 days is required across the 10 Weeks of camp for consideration of enrollment. Applications with less than 5 days will be rejected. If you would like your child to "trial" camp, we suggest enrolling them in a single track-out day, teacher workday or holiday prior to Summer Camp. (No longer applies after June 16)

    10. Late Pickup Fee: A late pickup fee of $15 for every 10 minutes beyond your childs pickup time will automatically be assessed and billed to your card on file. Late pickups require staff to stay beyond their assigned time, delay cleaning and preparation for re-opening at 2pm. 

    11. Aftercare: Aftercare can be requested and will be approved on a case by case basis but cannot be garunteed. It will be based on staff avaiability for the days requested. Please select your interest in Aftercare and we will send you a separate form for aftercare. 
      Aftercare is priced at $36 per hour and is 1on1 due to gym being open to the public

    12. Cancellation Policy:
      After the following dates:
      April 1st, 2025 - 25%
       of the cost of any reduced days or weeks will be owed unless We Rock is able to replace your childs spot with another child.
      May 1st, 2025 - 50% of the cost of any reduced days or weeks will be owed unless We Rock is able to replace your childs spot with another child.
      June 1st, 2025 - 100% Cancellations will no longer be processed and you will owe the full amount of your childs scheduled days/weeks regradless of their attendance. Our specialized staff members scheduling is based on your childs commitment to camp, which is why we must impose this policy. This is standard camp policy for camps in North Carolina.

  • Our Summer Camp Aftercare program runs from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM daily.

    Aftercare is provided on a 1-on-1 basis, as the gym remains open to the public during this time. To ensure the safety and personalized care of your child, one of our camp staff members will be assigned to them for the duration of the aftercare period.

    Due to this 1-on-1 staffing requirement, Aftercare is billed at $54 per day. This rate primarily covers employee costs, taxes, and fees, and is offered as a convenience for families requiring a later pickup.

    Discounted Weekly Rates:

    5 sessions per week – $225 ($45 Discount)
    4 sessions per week – $192 ($24 Discount)
    3 sessions per week – $148 ($14 Discount)
    1 - 2 sessions per week – $54 Per Day (No Discount)

  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup

    In a single parent/guardian household the primary person cannot be listed as the emergency contact. The second parent/guardian may be listed, however it is our preference to list someone not in the household. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of the center/home, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.

  • Note: For Medication that we will need to administer, you will be required to fill out additional information on the medication as well as any required doctors instrcutions for OTC medication being used off label or above label dosing. 
    This will be sent you once your regirstation has been accecpted and the camp agreement form has been signed.

  • Acknowledgment and Agreement to Terms & Cancellation Policy

    By signing and submitting this registration form, I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement under the We Rock Camp Terms, including the Cancellation Policy outlined herein. I understand that after the specified cancellation deadlines, I will be financially responsible for the applicable percentage of the camp fees based on terms outlined.

    I further acknowledge that this policy is in place due to the specialized staffing and planning required for the camp and that it is standard practice for camps in North Carolina. I agree that failure to attend the camp, for any reason, does not exempt me from my financial obligation as stated in the Cancellation Policy.
