I aim to reply to all press-on-nails enquiries, however with my busy university and work schedule, I may not be able to reply straight away. All enquiries will be followed u within 48 MAX.

All orders are 100% custom-made to your size, therefore there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. All payments are made in full once I have confirmed your order, where I will send you the invoice and payment information.

Orders may take up to 10 working days (in busy periods). I will communicate with you if I believe your order may take longer. Orders can be posted or collected from my Nail Studio in Birmingham City Centre, B1 1QP. I may also be able to hand deliver your order (locally in Birmingham) however this is subject to my availability.
