  • Transportation Support with Sea Potential

     

    Gas Stipend 

    Gas reimbursement stipends will be calculated from home address provided and account for miles driven from the youth's home to each program location. Sea Potential reimburses gas costs at rate of $0.70/mile, for a maximum of up to 20 miles per trip

     

    Sea Potential will provide gas stipends via check in the mail

     

    Home Pickup/Dropoff Service (24hr notice required)

    This option is for youth living within a 10 mile radius of the prorgam center/location. *Exceptions may be made on occassion, please reach out to us to discuss this further*

    Sea Potential is partnering with HopSkipDrive to provide safe and reliable student transportation. "The HopSkipDrive solution complements traditional student transportation with a cost-efficient, flexible way to meet alternative or non-routine transportation needs and alleviate driver shortages."     Sea Potential will arrange pickups and dropoffs for participants who select this option.

    *Youth who select this option are REQUIRED to download the HopSkipDrive app on a cell phone, and are responsible for communicating with their driver (via app, text or phone call) to locate themselves for pickup from their homes. Download the app here. 

  • Eligibility for HopSkipDrive:

    Program participants living within 10 miles of the program center/meeting point are eligible for HopSkipDrive. Click on the address for your program center below, and use it to calculate the driving distance to your home. Sea Potential cannot provide HopSkipDrive to students living more than 10 miles away from a program center.

     *Please note, Center Points are NOT the daily program destination. This is the center point between all program destinations to make travel calculation simpler. Field trip locations will change weekly/daily. Program destinations and locations are included in your acceptance email.
