  • In order to be considered to adopt you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Have legal identification with your current address
    • Understand that Operation Saves reserves the right to refuse any applicant for adoption. Submitting the application is the first step in the application process. We do not adopt out on a "first come first serve" basis, nor do we hold pets.

    By filling out this form, I agree that I understand the above statements and that

    • I will answer every question truthfully, and am aware that any false answers will be grounds for immediate rejection
    • I give Operation Saves permission to contact my veterinarian, speak to them and obtain records
    • I understand the statements I have read about this pet are true based upon the foster evaluation of this pet
    • I understand that this pet might behave differently (negatively or positively) in my home. I understand that while the pet may be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc. it may not be with my animal(s)/children
    • I understand that the pet may be housebroken in the home of the foster, but may relapse in my home
    • I understand that the pet is represented to me as it preforms and behaves in the foster home and any statements made regarding the pet are conditional to the foster home setting. I have read all the information about the pet and understand I cannot claim that I did not understand the facts about this pet as understood by Operation Saves, LLC and/or the foster.
