Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before May 1. A cancellation received between May 1-10 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after May 10.

Important Notice: Trash Disposal Guidelines for Vendors
As we prepare for our upcoming event, we must address a crucial issue regarding the proper disposal of trash at the end of the night.We've noticed instances of vendors stuffing property and event trash cans improperly. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated this year.To ensure an efficient cleanup, we request that all vendors place their securely tied trash bags in front or on the side of their trucks by 9:45 PM. Non-compliance may result in charges from Austin Landing, starting at $100.Additionally, please leave your designated spot as you found it to maintain the event's cleanliness and professionalism.Your cooperation is vital in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
