Acceptance:
Every effort will be made to curate a group of makers and vendors who's items will not compete with each other and, due to that effort, submitting an application to this event does not guarantee acceptance.
DO NOT SEND PAYMENT BEFORE RECEIVING AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER.
Cancellation
Payment of booth will be treated as a final sale and refunds will not be issued unless cancellation of the market is required by Public Health Authorities (please see below for refund details due to cancellation required by public health). Individual extenuating circumstances will be carefully considered.
Should the Holiday Craftacular be cancelled due to Public Health restrictions/orders no sooner than 21 days prior to the event then vendors will be provided an 85% refund.
We will do our best to ensure the health and safety of our vendors and attendees and strictly follow guidelines set out by public health.
Insurance & Liability:
a) I understand that the event, organizers and venue are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise or property.
b) I understand that the event, organizers and venue are not responsible or liable for any injuries or accidents incurred at my booth, on site (in the building and without). Event insurance will be in place but personal liability insurance is recommended.
c) I agree to reimburse the organizer for any charges by the venue or other officials that are incurred by me, my property, fixtures, products or persons associated with me for, including but not limited to, personal negligence, damage of property (intentional or accidental), disregard for policy, cleaning fees, fines etc.
I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLSS AND INDEMNIFY THE HOLIDAY CRAFTACULAR AND IT'S ORGANIZERS OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, RELATING TO MY VENDING AREA, SET UP OR PRODUCT.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THIS APPLICATION/FORM.
