Pricing and payment is monthly

You will be asked to complete an emergency form before your child's first day of attendance, even if you have attended Thrive or Camp Wild Heart previously.

We accept charter funds, private payment, or a combination of both. Each charter has different requirements as far as what they will pay for. Parents are responsible for payments of any costs the charter doesn't cover.

COMPLETING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE CLASS PLACEMENT. We will confirm class placement after registration via email.

Payment (or proof of charter funds ordered) will be due before your child(ren) may start attending.

We have a 15 day notice policy. You must notify us with at least 15 days notice that your child will not continue. If you do not notify us 15 days prior to discontinuing, we will assess partial payment as you are holding a spot that could be given to another participant.

On the following pages, you will select your class choice for each child you are registering. The names, times, and offerings are a bit different from last year so please read through the choices and select a class in your child(ren)'s age range. If you do select a class that your child cannot attend, you will be offered a different age appropriate class.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do have a request (such as wanting to be with a certain teacher or friend), or a certain day, please enter it in the space for "notes" on the form. We will try to honor requests but they are NOT guaranteed.
