GUIDELINES: PLEASE READ
Please select below the number of guys, including leaders and the number of girls, including leaders that you expect to bring to camp this summer.
We really need 1 leader for every 7 students or less (example 1 leader for 7 and still one leader for or 2 students). This is for each Gender. Please reach out to our DYD Ryan Gluth if this is just not possible. Leaders are vital to making camp a success but we understand for some this may not be possible. Also, every leader must be background checked through the Network Office 2 weeks prior to camp starting.
Once Regular Registration Opens up on March 15th, each leader will receive $25 registration coupons for each student or leader they preregistered in this form.
If using this form or a credit card is not possible for you, you can reach out to us at ryan@alaskaag.org with the numbers represented below and get us a check for the deposit amount within 7 days to secure your numbers.
Tips on Deciding How Many to Bring
1. Consider how many students you brought last year and if you think you will have that many attend again, or do you need to up your numbers by 2-3 people.
2. Consider the size of your youth group. Has it grown this past year, remained the same or have you lost some numbers?
3. Is this your first year at camp? Consider reserving space for half or less of your youth group. Although you would love for all to attend, the chances that they will are unlikely.
